By using KoolAssist (koolassist.com) — the remote support software or the admin console — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

KoolAssist is self-hosted remote support software that lets a technician and a remote computer establish an encrypted session for support. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Authorized use only

You may only connect to a computer with the informed consent of the person who controls it. You must not use KoolAssist to gain unauthorized access to any device, to deceive anyone into granting access, or for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for how you use remote access.

Your account

If you use the admin console, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must not disrupt the service or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.

Availability & disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kool Telecom Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or misuse of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
